General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and baijid ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing the baijid website at baijid.bet, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Account Registration and Eligibility
To use the full range of baijid services, including making deposits, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. Eligibility Requirements

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active baijid account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same email address, a different email address, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, baijid reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus winnings, and in cases of deliberate abuse, permanently ban the player's details from the platform.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. baijid will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from a failure to keep your credentials secure. Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration and any subsequent update to your account profile must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Age Restriction and Identity Verification
baijid operates as a strictly 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or access any real-money feature of the platform. This policy is applied without exception, regardless of the laws of the player's country of residence.
To enforce this requirement, baijid operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Players in Bangladesh may verify their identity by submitting a clear copy of one of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
- Valid passport — photo page
- Birth certificate (where NID or passport is unavailable)
In addition to age and identity verification, baijid may request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account confirming the mobile number matches the account holder's name) at its discretion.
Where baijid has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings generated during a period in which the player's age could not be confirmed are subject to forfeiture pending the outcome of the verification review. If the player is subsequently found to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the payment source where technically possible, and any winnings will be voided.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
baijid supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen to serve players in Bangladesh and internationally. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Crypto minimums vary by network and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your baijid balance instantly upon successful confirmation of the mobile money transaction.
- Crypto deposits are credited after one network confirmation on the relevant blockchain. Processing time depends on network congestion and is outside baijid's direct control.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source where possible, with associated costs borne by the sender.
- baijid does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider (mobile operator, crypto network gas fees, card issuer) are borne by the player.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
- A completed KYC identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of request submission during normal operating hours.
- USDT and BTC withdrawals are processed after one outbound network confirmation, typically within 30 minutes under normal blockchain conditions.
- baijid reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional security checks where there are grounds for concern about account authenticity, bonus abuse, or unusual betting patterns.
- Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus from which those winnings were generated.
Account Balance and Currency
Balances on baijid are held in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) for mobile money accounts and in the relevant cryptocurrency for crypto accounts. Conversion between currencies, where applicable, is performed at the exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction. baijid is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.
Bonuses and Promotions
baijid offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible registered players. General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion at the time it is offered. Players must read and accept these specific terms before claiming any bonus.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time. Where a player attempts to claim a second bonus while a wagering requirement from a previous bonus remains outstanding, baijid reserves the right to refuse the second claim until the first wagering requirement is satisfied.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any use of bonus offers that baijid deems to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk hedging, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated exploitation by a group of players — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Bonuses credited in error must be reported to [email protected]. baijid reserves the right to reclaim bonuses credited in error, including any winnings generated from those bonuses, regardless of the account balance at the time of reclaim.
- baijid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are mid-way through satisfying a wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be given a reasonable period to complete the requirement at baijid's discretion.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a baijid account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the current welcome bonus offer. Eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are as published on the Promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and cannot be reclaimed after expiry.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on baijid are subject to the game rules or sports betting rules applicable to the specific market or game in question. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of the contractual relationship between the player and baijid.
Sports Betting
- Odds for all sports markets are displayed in decimal format. The player is responsible for verifying odds before placing a wager, as odds fluctuate in real time.
- Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen bet placement confirmation reference number. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based solely on clicking the confirmation button if no reference is displayed.
- In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays due to real-time data processing. baijid reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time the bet was accepted due to a data or timing error.
- In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, baijid will settle bets in accordance with the rules published for that market. Generally, bets on cancelled events are refunded at odds of 1.00 unless the rules specify otherwise.
- Cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers test and ODI matches are available subject to event scheduling and data feed availability. baijid does not guarantee continuous market availability during all phases of an event.
Casino Games
- All casino games on baijid use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game's provider (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, etc.). RNG certification is the responsibility of the game provider.
- Live casino games are operated by third-party live dealer studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi). Game rules for each live table are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the provider's published rules in addition to these Terms.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, game client crash, or server error — baijid's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined from system logs, the bet will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account.
- Crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) use provably fair randomness algorithms. Players may independently verify the fairness of each round using the verification tools provided within the game interface.
Maximum Win Limits
Individual game and market maximum win limits apply across baijid. These limits are published within the relevant game or market and represent the maximum amount that can be won from a single round or bet, regardless of the theoretical outcome. Where a calculated win exceeds the published limit, the win will be capped at the maximum win limit and the remainder forfeited.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using baijid, you agree to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where appropriate.
Prohibited Actions
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documents during KYC verification.
- Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one baijid account for any reason, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim a bonus more than once, or avoid detection of prohibited conduct.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, or using automated systems to claim bonuses.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and wagered on baijid. Fraudulent chargebacks constitute theft and will be pursued legally.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in any way without human input.
- Money Laundering: Using baijid to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. baijid monitors for unusual transaction patterns and reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the baijid platform.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where baijid determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, baijid reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; void any bets or winnings generated through or in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation; recover from the player's account any funds that were obtained through prohibited means; and report the matter to relevant financial institutions, payment processors, or law enforcement authorities.
Account Suspension and Closure
Both baijid and the player have the right to close a baijid account. The process and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or enforced (baijid-initiated).
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your baijid account for any reason, including for responsible gaming purposes, you may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied. Account closure requests submitted via email are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.
If you request account closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please indicate this clearly in your request. Self-exclusion closures are processed with priority and include marketing opt-out to ensure no promotional communications are sent after exclusion.
baijid-Initiated Suspension or Closure
baijid reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspicious account activity; fraud or suspected fraud; chargeback disputes; regulatory requirements; or the player's residence in a jurisdiction where baijid's services are not available.
Where an account is closed by baijid due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited, particularly where the balance includes winnings generated through prohibited conduct. Where closure is not due to a breach by the player, any verified, clean balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. baijid will notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts. The amount of any applicable dormancy fee, and the schedule on which it is applied, will be communicated in the dormancy notice. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
